Make Plans for Victory, Not Defeat
Faith isn’t just about what we say we believe—it’s about how we live it out. The Bible makes it clear that faith is accompanied by action. Yet, many times, our actions and words reflect fear and doubt rather than faith and trust in God's promises.
Think about it: have you ever heard someone say, “I get the flu every year,” or “This year’s flu season will be terrible”? They’re not just speaking idly—they’re making plans for sickness. They believe it, expect it, and speak it into their lives. And sure enough, a few months later, they’re down with the flu. Their faith worked—just in the wrong direction.
But what if we flipped the script? What if, instead of making plans for the worst, we started making plans for God’s best?
The Word of God is filled with promises for protection, healing, provision, and peace. Scripture says, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper... A thousand may fall at my side, ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near me” (Isaiah 54:17; Psalm 91:7). That’s not just poetic language—it’s a promise you can stand on.
So, what are you planning for? Are you preparing for problems, setbacks, and disappointment? Or are you positioning yourself for breakthroughs, blessings, and divine favor?
Today, choose to align your words and actions with God's Word. Make plans for His promises to come to pass in your life. Expect the best, speak the best, and prepare for the best. As you do, you’ll see God move in powerful ways. Right plans lead to right outcomes. You’ll rise above challenges, walk in victory, and experience the blessings God has in store for you.
Faith has a voice. Let yours speak life.
